TUNE IN, TRANSFORM, AND TRANSCEND

HERE TO HELP YOU TUNE IN, TRANSFORM & TRANSCEND

ABOUT VICTORIA

My path into this work began with yoga and the study of Buddhism during college. It was there that I was first introduced to the ethical foundations of the yogic path, the yamas and niyamas, which shaped how I understand presence, integrity, and relationship with self and others. These teachings became the groundwork for how I approach life in general as well as healing: with intention, awareness, and respect for the outer and inner world.

Yoga became a steady companion and a way of living within my body with more honesty and care. Through practice and study, I learned how deep breath, movement, and stillness support regulation, self-inquiry, and inner spaciousness. This foundation grounded me long before I had language for trauma, nervous systems, or embodiment.

After a harsh life experience, I was guided toward tantra.

At the time, I was seeking deeper healing and reconnection after I was thrown into dysregulation and depression. Tantra offered an expansion of what I already knew… inviting me into a more intimate relationship with sensation, energy, and the wisdom held in the body. Rather than bypassing discomfort, it taught me how to meet myself with presence and curiosity, allowing healing to unfold organically.

As my understanding deepened, I was drawn toward somatic and trauma-informed approaches that honored the body as an intelligent system. Rather than collecting techniques, I learned how to hold space… to slow down, attune, and create containers where people feel safe enough to be present with themselves.

A major moment that shaped this work most clearly was a simple cacao ritual… taken with me to the beach as a personal practice of reflection and release. In that quiet, intentional space, something became undeniable: healing doesn’t happen through urgency or performance. It happens when we feel seen, witnessed, and held within intentional, grounded containers. This was where I fell in love with the ceremony of life.

Made of Clay Healing was born from this understanding.

Today, my work centers on creating ceremonial and somatic experiences that invite people back into relationship with themselves. Whether through one-on-one sessions or small group gatherings, I hold space with care, presence, and respect for each person’s unique pace and process.

This work is not about fixing or becoming someone new… it’s about remembering who you are beneath survival, noise, and expectation.

While my work is deeply intuitive and embodied, it is also rooted in formal study and dedicated training.

For those who value seeing the lineage and structure behind the work, here is a glimpse into some of the certifications and programs that have shaped my path. This is not an exhaustive list, but rather a snapshot of the foundations that support what I offer.

I hope you join me on this ever expanding journey of existence!
