INDIVIDUAL SOMATIC SESSIONS

A one-on-one, body-based space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.

These sessions offer a quiet, attuned container where the body is honored as an intelligent guide. Rather than focusing on fixing or analyzing, we work gently with sensation, breath, and awareness... allowing insight and integration to emerge naturally. This work is especially supportive during times of transition, overwhelm, or when talk alone no longer feels sufficient.

This offering may be supportive if you are:

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions

  • Navigating stress, anxiety, or chronic tension

  • Seeking a slower, more embodied approach to healing

  • Wanting to deepen self-awareness and nervous-system regulation

  • No prior experience with somatic work is required

What to expect:

Each session is guided by your pace and capacity. Practices may include: Somatic awareness and gentle tracking, breath and nervous-system regulation, guided inquiry or visualization, integration through rest or reflection. You are never required to share, move, or go beyond what feels true for you.
